Facial Toner

Time to Make: 15 minutes Makes: 16 ounces
Use funnel to pour into pump bottle
Ingredients
3 cups of water
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
10 Vitamin C tablets
25 drops frankincense essential oil 5 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions
Put 10 Vitamin C pills into a shotglass
Warm in microwave to help tablets dissolve
Measure the water and vinegar adding them to bottle
Add the essential oils, counting out each drop with the included dropper
Give it a cute little label and go make yourself beautiful!
Tell people "I woke up like this"
Directions for use
Shake well before each use
Place cotton ball over pump tip, and slowly dispense
Apply to face and allow to remain, you don't have to wash this off
